  Greetings WATC Members,

 
Now that Fall is in the Aire, it's time to start marking your calendars for our upcoming events.  ATRA's Fall Aire Frolic is this Saturday, September 26th, in Ixonia, WI.  Here is the link for further information:  http://aire-rescue.com/index.php?id=1336. 
 
Our WATC Annual Fun Day is Sunday, October 18th at the Racine Kennel Club.  See details in this newsletter. 
 
A crowd favorite, the Grafton Christmas Parade is the Saturday after Thanksgiving, Nov. 28th.  We've had lots of fun walking as a group at this event, showing off our beautiful Airedales! 
 
To round out the holiday season, our annual Christmas Party and Gift Exchange will be on Sunday, Dec. 6th -- the Packers do NOT play on that day, so we're expecting a great turnout!   Details about the parade and Christmas Party will follow as we get closer to the date.

WATC ANNUAL FUN DAY
 
9:30 AM - 10:30 AM  Arrival & Setup Rally course
 
10 AM - 11 AM  Airedale romp in the fenced yard.  Non - aggressive Airedales only!
 
10 AM - 11 AM Free Toe Nail Trims  ( by Sue Reimund )
 
10 AM - 12 PM Hand Stripping demonstration ( by Sue Reimund )
 
11 AM to  ? Rally Obedience Intro and exercise.  ( Presented by WATC member Merlene Moody)
 Rally obedience, or "Rally-O" as it has been termed by enthusiasts, is the latest American Kennel Club event to hit the show circuit. Rally-O combines characteristics of sports car racing, dog agility, and traditional obedience into a new fun sport.
