Wisconsin Airedale Terrier Club Application for Membership

 Your application will be submitted via e-mail without dues payment.  Please mail your dues to the Treasurer, Sandi Cooley, 1606 16th Ave., Grafton, WI 53024. 

Make checks payable to the Wisconsin Airedale Terrier Club.

*Do you currently own an AKC Registered Airedale?
YES  NO
If YES, please mail a copy of the pedigree of each of your Airedales with your dues.
*We always hope members volunteer to help with any of the fun things we do ( check all that apply )
Meetings / Programs
Education Projects
Service as an Officer or on the Board
Host A Meeting
Fun Day Co-Chair / Committee
Grooming Workshop Co-Chair / Committee
Christmas Party Co-Chair or Committee
Public Relations
SPECIALTY DOG SHOW please check items from the list
a. tent set-up  b. tent take-down  c. luncheon food item
d. beverages  e. donate auction item(s)  f. paper plates, etc.
g. Sweepstakes judges gift  h. flower arrangement  i. trophy committee
j. pick up fried chicken / Pick & Save  

APPLICANTS MUST READ AND ACKNOWLEGE BELOW:

APPLICANTS MUST BE SPONSORED BY A WISCONSIN AIREDALE TERRIER CLUB MEMBER.  Sponsorship will be verified.

List of Members

Dues $25.00 per couple or $18.00 per year per single.  Payable in advance and due the first day of March each year.  Applicants accepted after the first day of August of any year shall pay only half of the yearly dues.
