Waukesha Kennel Club will no longer offer prizes from Peggy Karr Glass€not as Breed prizes nor as Group First and Best In Show prizes, nor as Obedience or Rally prizes. With the exception of the Treen Memorial Trophy offered for BIS at our Sunday show, prizes offered by WKC will be cash and/or Rosettes. Here are the new rules etc. for clubs that support the entry of their breed at our two all-breed shows, and we sure do want you to be supporting clubs in 2010, in a BIG way! Clubs or persons that want to offer prizes for their respective breeds may continue to do so. They should send their trophy list, via email only, to the Trophy Chairman by February 24 for inclusion in the Premium List. (That date may seem early, but I must have the Trophy file completed in Word, proofed, and off to Onofrio very early in March.) Donators are responsible for bringing their prizes to the ring and making sure they have marked them legibly for the ring steward to distribute. They are also responsible to remove from the ring any undistributed prizes. The Trophy Chairman will not be responsible for returning unclaimed or leftover trophies to donators.

Rosettes can be offered at a cost of $3.20 each. Cash prizes can be offered but you need to send a check to WKC for any cash prizes you offer. Onofrio will give the stewards the cash in an envelope and charge Waukesha KC for that amount. In Obedience WKC will be offering a rosette for first in each class instead of the Peggy Karr Glass Ornaments. You can offer whatever you desire for the highest scoring dog of your breed or a rosette
