MMOexp MLB 25: Hitting is arguably one of the most challenging and rewarding aspects of MLB The Show 25. As a beginner, you may feel overwhelmed by the variety of pitches and the fast-paced nature of the game. However, with MLB 25 Stubs the right techniques and mindset, you can improve your hitting and start driving balls into the gap, launching home runs, and getting on base consistently. In this guide, we'll cover the best hitting tips that will help you master the plate and become a force at bat.

Focus on Pitch Recognition First

One of the biggest challenges new players face is recognizing pitches early enough to make an informed swing decision. Understanding what pitch is coming before it reaches the plate is a skill that takes time to develop but is crucial for successful hitting.

Why it matters: The earlier you can recognize the type of pitch, the better your chances of making solid contact. Recognizing fastballs, sliders, curveballs, and changeups allows you to react more efficiently.

Tip: Watch the pitcher's windup closely and track the ball from their hand. Pay attention to the speed and movement to anticipate whether it's a fastball or an off-speed pitch. This will give you a head start in deciding whether to swing and where to aim.

Adjust Your Batting Stance for Comfort

Each player in MLB The Show 25 has a unique batting stance, and it can make a big difference in how comfortable you feel at the plate. A comfortable batting stance will help you focus on the pitch and improve your timing.

Why it matters: A balanced and comfortable stance gives you the confidence to track pitches and time your swings more accurately. Adjusting your stance to what feels natural can help you react to pitches with greater control.

Tip: Experiment with different stances to find one that suits your style. If a batter's default stance feels awkward, you can change it to match your preferred posture. A slight adjustment to how you hold the bat or position your feet can make a big difference.

Master the Plate Coverage Indicator (PCI)

The PCI (Plate Coverage Indicator) is the key to making solid contact with the ball. It represents the area of the strike zone where your bat will make contact with the ball. Understanding how to move and control the PCI is essential to improving your hitting skills.

Why it matters: The PCI allows you to control the area where your bat meets the ball. Keeping the PCI in the right position increases your chances of hitting the ball with power and precision.

Tip: Focus on positioning the PCI over the pitch you're trying to hit. Use the left stick to adjust the PCI, and make sure to keep it centered on the ball's path. A well-placed PCI increases your chances of cheap MLB 25 Stubs hitting line drives and home runs.

May 2025 Airedale Walk

Eleven Airedales brought their people to Tendick Park in Saukville, WI, on May 31 for a hike under sunny skies, with lunch and camaraderie afterwards. Thank you to Mike and Craig for managing the lunch, to Pismo and his people for the birthday cupcakes and dog treats, and Pam Lyon for the chocolate chip cookies! It was a wonderful day!

2024 Fall Walk and CGC Test

It was a beautiful fall day for our walk at Lapham Peak State Park on Oct 12, 2024! We had a wonderful group of about 11 dogs and their associated humans who hiked, socialized, ate lunch, enjoyed Airedale cookies from the club, and received doggy goodie bags donated by End of the Leash! Club member Dee Braaksma volunteered her services as an AKC Canine Good Citizen evaluator, and two Airedales earned their Advanced CGC titles! A great time was had by all! Thank you for joining us, everyone! See you at the Spring walk!
